Overtime is considered any time outside of the contracted schedule.
Other Financial Notes:
Day Contracted Hours:
- Payment will be required upon arrival on the first day of each week that your child attends care. Arriving without payment for that week may result in care not being provided until payment is made. Families will still be required to pay the full weeks charges.
- Drop in Children: Payment is due upon arrival of each day that your child attends care, unless multiple days are paid for at once.
- Just as you expect to be paid for your services at your place of employment in a timely manner, I ask that you extend that same courtesy to me. Please add a late fee of $20.00 for each and every day that your check is late.
- Families who are taking time off are still required to make payment for that time. Payments must be received regardless of attendance. Please feel free to pay the week prior or drop off a check on that Monday. You will be charged for all absences.
- Families who write a personal check that comes back NON SUFFICENT FUNDS (NSF) will be required to pay $35 plus any additional bank fees that may be charged and will also need to go to a CASH ONLY method of payment.
Overtime:
Overtime is considered any time outside of the contracted schedule.
- The fees for prearranged overtime (verbal or written notice received directly by Jeannette Wilson at least 24 hours prior to the overtime) are $4.00 per hour, per child.
- Overtime that has not been prearranged and is during business hours will be charged at a rate of $5 per hour, per child.
- Overtime that has not been prearranged and is after your scheduled pickup time will be $15 per every five minutes past your contracted hours, per child.

Day Contracted Hours:
- There is a $75.00 enrollment fee required for each child, due at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward weekly tuition. Your child’s space in my child care will not be considered “saved” until this fee and all forms have been returned.
- Upon enrolling, the first week’s tuition is also to be paid. Again this is non-refundable, but does apply for your last week of care.
- If for any reason your child/ren does not begin care as originally planned, your enrollment fee, first week's tuition and last week’s tuition will not be returned.
- Tuition fees will be evaluated on an annual basis. Any rate increase will take place in January of the new calendar year. If a rate increase will be implemented, you will be notified at least four weeks prior to the change.
